Thank you for joining me on this wonderful journey.
I’ve spent the past 18 years raising, working with and supporting children, working with children with ASD, Asperger’s and Tourette’s and many years supporting adults with their mental health. In 2017 I began laying down the notes for a book on Conscious Parenting and how we can combine body movement, communication and connection and use these as tools to help us raise healthy children and reduce mental illness in their future.
I have been a seamstress by trade for nine years and I am also a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor, Chakradance facilitator and Rainbow Kids Yoga facilitator.
My passion is developmental neuropsychology and I love to combine my skills to create beautiful, high quality, slow-fashion for the whole family, with a focus on child development and connection.
I started my own personal journey to low-waste and a chemical-free lifestyle in 2009 and I am still learning every day.
In 2020 I became a director on the board of Kuku Yalanji Cultural Healing Camps Indigenous Corporation and look forward to sharing more with you about my journey to learning the depths and richness of my local culture.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
