The beans used in this superb chocolate are a special mix or Port Douglas, Mossman and Daintree region.
We have used the slow grind method for the beans and no roasting to bring out the finest magnificent flavour of real chocolate and blended it with the aromatic Vanilla Beans also grown organically in this region.
The sweetener used is the low GI certified organic coconut flower blossom which has been said to be the healthiest sweetener available.
